Behind the curtain
Four roles in every production, and none of them sees everything.
Separate AI models with separate instructions and separate context. Splitting the work is what keeps a Cast Member honest.
Chooses
The Casting Agent
Finds the right people for every part.
- Turns your ICPs into distinct, believable people.
- Researches each role: city, industry, prices, rules.
- Varies the cast by the Fuzziness you set.
- Always books a few skeptics.
Never sees: the questions, so it cannot cast for the answers you want.
Asks
The Director
Curious, patient, never selling.
- Follows your script, but chases what was just said.
- Asks about the past before the idea.
- Never leads, never pitches, never agrees.
- Stops probing when an answer has nothing left.
Never sees: the Cast Member’s hidden backstory.
Answers
The Cast Member
A life, a job, a bad week, and opinions of their own.
- Stays in role from first line to last.
- Knows what someone in their seat would know.
- Says "I don’t know" rather than invent a number.
- Is allowed to be busy, bored or unconvinced.
Never sees: your hypotheses, your deck’s numbers, or the other interviews.
Checks
The Critic
Reads every line before it counts.
- Is this in character?
- Is any fact checkable, and does it hold?
- Was the question leading, or the answer too eager to please?
- Sends weak answers back, and logs why.
Never sees: nothing is hidden from it. It never speaks on stage.
Truth over fluency
An honest "not sure" beats a confident invention. Every statistic needs a source or gets cut.
Researched, not imagined
Each role is grounded in current prices, rules and norms for its city and industry, with sources kept.
Disagreement on purpose
If the whole cast loves your idea, the Critic flags the study, not just the answers.
A cast, and proud of it
Every AI user in a cast is playing a role, and is labeled as one wherever they appear.
